Senior Software Developer
Senior front-end, back-end, mobile or full-stack engineer who owns delivery of features end to end and raises the team's engineering bar.

- Own technical delivery of features end to end on the front-end, back-end, full-stack or mobile track, in small, reviewed increments that are demoable at the end of every sprint.
- Make design and architecture decisions within the team, and turn user stories and acceptance criteria into working software together with the Business Analyst and QA Engineer.
- Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives, and give honest estimates.
- Review teammates' pull requests, raise the bar on automated unit and integration testing, and mentor less experienced developers.
- Help take clickable prototypes to production-ready products for clients in healthcare, education and e-commerce.
- Work in the client's existing stack or help choose one that fits, e.g. React, Angular, Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, Flutter or native iOS and Android.
What you bring
- 5+ years of professional software development on at least one of the front-end, back-end, full-stack or mobile tracks.
- Strong command of at least one mainstream language and framework, and sound judgement on design and architecture trade-offs.
- A track record of code review, mentoring and raising engineering standards on a team.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and automated testing as a habit, not an afterthought.
- Clear communication about progress, trade-offs and blockers.
- Working proficiency in English, written and spoken, for daily collaboration with clients and colleagues across countries.

Scrum Master
Runs the cadence, removes blockers and keeps velocity honest and visible to the client.

- Run the Scrum cadence for one or more delivery teams: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and protect the team's focus, so every sprint ends with working software to demo.
- Keep velocity, burndown and risks visible and honest for the team and for the client.
- Work with clients and Product Owners on a healthy, prioritised backlog.
- Coach teams and clients on agile practice, and adapt it to fixed-scope, dedicated-team and headcount engagements.
- Coordinate teams that span more than one of our delivery centers.
What you bring
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead for software teams.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum ceremonies, backlog management and sprint metrics.
- A technical enough background to understand trade-offs developers and QA engineers raise.
- Confidence in facilitating conversations with clients, including difficult ones about scope and timelines.
- Experience with agile tooling, e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps or Linear.

Business Analyst

- Work with clients to understand their goals, users and constraints, and turn them into a prioritised backlog.
- Write clear user stories, flows and acceptance criteria the team can build and test against.
- Lead Sprint 0 discovery with the Scrum Master, and keep requirements current as the product evolves.
- Produce lightweight artefacts that help decisions, e.g. process maps, wireframes or clickable prototypes.
- Take part in sprint reviews and help the client decide what to change, continue or ship.
- Explain technical trade-offs to business stakeholders in plain language.
What you bring
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst on software projects.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile setting.
- The technical understanding to discuss data, integrations and system design with engineers.
- Strong facilitation, workshop and stakeholder management skills.
- Careful, structured written communication.

QA Engineer

- Review user stories and acceptance criteria with the BA before development starts.
- Design and run functional, exploratory and regression tests across web and mobile.
- Report defects clearly, and verify fixes quickly within the sprint.
- Work with the Test Automation Engineer to decide what to automate and keep regression suites healthy.
- Help make sure what ships meets the client's quality bar, including accessibility and performance basics.
What you bring
- 3+ years of software QA on web or mobile applications.
- Solid test design skills: test cases, exploratory testing and regression planning.
- Experience testing APIs, e.g. with Postman or similar tools.
- Experience working inside agile or Scrum teams.
- Clear, precise written communication about defects and risks.

Senior Test Automation Engineer
Senior engineer who owns the automated suites end to end, sets the automation approach and keeps regression cheap as the product grows.

- Own the automation strategy: design and build test suites at the UI, API and integration levels, and decide what is worth automating.
- Set the standard for automated tests in CI/CD pipelines, so every change is checked before it reaches a demo.
- Keep regression cheap and fast as products grow sprint by sprint, and raise the team's testability and test-design standards.
- Review teammates' automation code and mentor developers and QA engineers on test design and the test pyramid.
- Investigate flaky tests and failures, and fix their root causes.
- Choose and set up test tooling that fits each client's stack, e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, REST Assured or pytest.
What you bring
- 5+ years of test automation for web, API or mobile applications.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language used for automation, e.g. TypeScript, Java or Python.
- A track record of owning automation architecture and CI/CD test integration end to end.
- A track record of code review and mentoring on test design and the test pyramid.
- Experience working in agile or Scrum teams.

Senior DevOps Engineer
Senior engineer who owns CI/CD, infrastructure as code and observability, and sets the platform standards our teams build on.

- Own the platform: set the CI/CD pipelines, environments and infrastructure-as-code architecture from Sprint 0, not at the end.
- Build and run containerised workloads on the public cloud each client uses, and set the standards other engineers build on.
- Set up monitoring, logging and alerting, so teams see problems before users do.
- Keep environments consistent from the first sprint to production, and raise the engineering bar on security and reliability practice.
- Apply and mentor others on security basics across pipelines and infrastructure: secrets management, access control, patching.
- Support development teams with tooling, releases and incident response.
What you bring
- 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE or platform engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud, e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Tencent Cloud or Alibaba Cloud.
- A track record of owning infrastructure architecture decisions and mentoring other engineers on platform practice.
- Infrastructure as code experience, e.g. Terraform or Pulumi.
- Scripting skills, e.g. Bash or Python, and comfort with Linux.
